My Morning Routine with Essential Oils

I know it’s hard sometimes rolling out of bed fresh-faced, with a good attitude and without a running list in your head of things to do for the day.  Trust me, I know.  It’s especially difficult when you have little ones who like to wake you up before the sun rises.  I know it’s not easy to get up for work before the sun either.  I’ve also been there.  So, how do I start my day?  With my morning routine of a whole lot of prayer and of course, essential oils!  Check out the graphic on how I use Young Living’s Joy and Stress Away essential oils daily.

I was so excited to receive my Premium Starter Kit, because Joy and Stress Away oil blends were included!  If you want to know how to get your Premium Starter Kit, check out my Order Oils page.  As a side note, you can always order oils individually at full retail prices, but when you buy the kit you are considered a, “wholesale member.”  Any order placed after the kit will also be at wholesale cost with reduced shipping rates.  That’s why the kit is so great and why I encourage it.

What is Joy Essential Oil?

It is an essential oil blend with Bergamot, Ylang Ylang, Geranium, Lemon, Coriander, Tangerine, Jasmine, Roman chamomile, Palmarosa and Rose oils. The blend helps to promote energy, togetherness, uplift spirits and moods and it is also worn as a perfume for many.  It can be used topically or aromatically.  Young Living states, when used topically, stay out of direct sunlight for at least 24 hours, because citrus oils attract the sun.

What is Stress Away Essential Oil?

It is an essential oil blend with Copaiba, Lime, Cedarwood, Vanilla, Ocotea and Lavender oils.  The blend as the name implies provides support for everyday stress and tensions.  Many people like to use Joy as a perfume, but Stress Away is my perfume of choice.  I’ve even had people ask me what I am wearing!  They look shocked when I tell them it’s an essential oil and it’s called Stress-Away!  Also, it’s an ALL-NATURAL, CHEMICAL-FREE perfume too!  Besides using it topically, it can be used as dietary supplement and aromatically.  Again, because of the citrus oil, it’s best to avoid direct sunlight.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions.  I will get back to you as soon as possible!  I can’t wait to help you on your oil journey to healthy living the natural way!
