Peace & Calming II© and Valor II© available NOW!

II

Yes!  You read that correctly!  Young Living just announced two NEW essential oil blends this week, Peace & Calming II™ and Valor II™!  These are not replacing the original Valor® and Peace & Calming® blends,  they are just new formulations that offer the same great essential oil experience.  Also, they will be more readily available and permanent additions to Young Living!  Woohoo!

Peace & Calming ® and Valor® are favorites for many!  They frequently are listed out-of-stock, because of an unpredicted heavy rainfall last season.  Young Living only wants to provide the best, so in the meantime, they have introduced similar versions of these oils that offer the same benefits.  I am so excited to try them!  What’s even better is when Peace & Calming® and Valor® return, these will work together wonderfully!

What is Peace & Calming II©?

This blend includes:  Tangerine, Orange, Ylang Ylang, Patchouli, German Chamomile, Vetiver, Cistus, Bergamot, Cassia, Davana and Young Living’s exclusive Northern Lights Black Spruce essential oils.  It also includes the natural constituents germacrene D, linalol, alphapinene and bisabolol.*  The original Peace & Calming® contains:  Tangerine, Orange, Ylang Ylang, Patchouli and Blue Tansy.  The new oil blend still creates a relaxing aroma when diffused, but also supports the skin.*

What is Valor II©?

This blend includes:  Young Living’s exclusive Northern Lights Black Spruce and Idaho Blue Spruce essential oils as well as Ylang Ylang, Frankincense, Vetiver, CistusBergamot, Cassia, German Chamomile, Rosewood, Matricaria and Davana oils.  It also includes the natural constituents linalol, alphapinene, camphene, and limonene.*  The original Valor® contains:  Spruce, Rosewood, Blue Tansy and Frankincense oils.  The new oil blend still creates an uplifting and calming aroma.*

DIY Lavender Linen Spray

One reason I love Young Living Essential Oils so much:  They are so versatile!  Once you start getting comfortable with oils, you will want to use them for EVERYTHING!  It feels great to get rid of my store bought products and make my own.  It can be really fun too!  The best part though is with DIY products – you KNOW what is going in them!  I know with Young Living’s “Seed to Seal” process, I am using 100% pure therapeutic-grade essential oils.  I trust using them on myself and my whole family.

Check out my DIY Lavender Linen Spray –

DIY Lavender spray

First, I add 15-20 drops of Lavender essential oil to a 4 oz. glass bottle purchased from Abundant Health.  For this particular spray, you do not need a glass bottle, because Lavender is not a citrus oil.  Citrus oils are known to breakdown plastics.  I prefer to use glass for most of my DIY items, but that is completely up to you.

This recipe can be tweaked to “make it your own.”  It is important to add a pinch of Epsom Salt, because it helps to disperse the oil into the water.  Since oil repels water, if you don’t add the Epsom Salt, it will just stay clumped together in one place.

After the Lavender essential oil and Epsom Salt, just fill the rest with distilled or purified water, shake well and spray!   It really is as simple as that!  I spray the mixture over my sheets and pillow right before bedtime.

Why Lavender?

Lavender essential oil will freshen your linens, promote relaxation and restful sleep!  Lavender is a very gentle oil and can be used on the whole family.

Since Lavender is so versatile, it is included in the Everyday Oils Collection of the Premium Starter Kit.  It is an important one to have on hand at all times!  Its uses are endless.  Click on Premium Starter Kit to learn more.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at any time.  I would love to hear from you and have you join me on this oil journey!

Thank you,

Amy
